Bangladesh will be the third team with Pakistan, New Zealand as the host in the . tri-nation series. According to the program, the match between Pakistan and Bangladesh will be played on October 7, while the teams of Pakistan and New Zealand will compete on the next day.

Pakistan will face New Zealand again on October 11. After playing a match against Bangladesh on October 13, the Pakistani team will arrive in Brisbane, Australia, where the warm-up matches of the World Cup will be played.
